Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how fee refunds (if any) are applicable for VAASTAVIKATHA IAS programmes. It should be read along with the specific programme notification and Terms & Conditions.

Unless clearly mentioned otherwise in the programme notification, application and registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Non-selection in entrance test or interview.
• Withdrawal of application by the candidate.
• Submission of incomplete or incorrect information/documents.

For paid programmes, fee refund (if applicable) will strictly follow the rules mentioned in that specific programme's brochure or notification. Where not explicitly mentioned, the default rule is:

• Fees paid after confirmation of admission are generally non-refundable.
• In exceptional cases (for example, medical emergencies), partial refunds or fee adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever feasible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking partners, typically within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.

No refunds are provided if a student fails to attend classes, drops out voluntarily, or is removed from a programme due to disciplinary reasons, poor attendance, or violation of rules.

VAASTAVIKATHA IAS reserves the right to reschedule, merge, or cancel batches/programmes in case of operational requirements. In such rare events, suitable alternatives such as batch shift, credit adjustment, or partial/full refund may be offered at the management's discretion.
